Acquisition Finance

Our Acquisition Finance team has been involved in all types of leveraged finance and it works in close conjunction with our Company/Commercial practice. We act for a number of major UK banks and borrowers in order to arrange and structure finance which is required for acquisitions. 

Examples of our work:

  • £4.5m term loan to assist with the acquisition of a supplier of high voltage power units to the scientific industry;
  • £3m term loan and £1m invoice discounting facility to assist with the acquisition of a courier firm;
  • £30m facility to a veterinary group to enable it to fund future acquisitions; and
  • £2m term loan to assist with the acquisition of a supplier of mezzanine floors.
