The Banking and Finance Group provides advice to many UK and International banks, building societies and corporate clients. The Banking and Finance Group is split into three distinct teams:-
1 Property Finance;
2 Acquisition Finance; and
3 Project Finance.
We act on finance deals ranging from sub - £1,000,000 to in excess of £25,000,000.
In addition to our specialist teams we also provide more general banking advice to in-house legal teams, credit documentation teams, corporate clients, private individuals and relationship managers.
Due to our strong and extensive corporate and property client base, we also have the opportunity of working alongside some very sophisticated and very demanding purchasers of financial services. This gives us a crucial insight and understanding of what these organisations require from their funders and this is one of the factors that sets us apart from our competitors as it ensures that we provide expert and efficient transaction management. We are on the panels of many major banks and this has allowed us to understand how they approach their customers and this enables us to deliver a “bespoke” service which is specifically aimed at their requirements.
