The main value of Buy to Let properties we handle is in the £175,000-£500,000 range although during 2007 we acted on the purchase of a £2,400,000 Buy to Let property with an exchange of contracts achieved within less than two working days.
We also act for clients selling Buy to Let properties and often these are subject to existing tenancy agreements.
