Mediation is a growing area in civil and commercial disputes and both businesses and individuals are realising that there is another way of resolving issues which avoids the time, expense and stress of taking or defending a claim through the Courts. With this in mind we have now established our mediation service which we are sure will be of interest to many businesses, institutions and their advisors.
We can provide a mediation service which will be efficient, professional, cost effective and convenient. Most of all, it will give you another option to resolve the dispute in which you may be involved or upon which you are advising.
