Our construction team deals with non-contentious aspects of building contract negotiations and drafting and construction disputes. In respect of the former the team is used to dealing with all types of construction (building, engineering and fitting out etc.) and the usual formats (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, ICE etc) as well as bespoke forms and the subsiduary documentation as well as agreements with professionals.
In respect of the contentious side, we are used to dealing with the full range of dispute resolution proceedures including adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings.
