We are able to assist in making post insolvency applications to the Court for permission or directions.

We conduct all forms of insolvency proceedings to recover property money and assets and we advise on the recovery of preservation and ownership of assets to obtain costs effective results for our clients both by way of negotiation, mediation and where necessary appropriate proceedings.
