Successful submission of Planning Applications and Project management for Rose Bowl Plc in respect of - Floodlights, Concerts, Emergency Access Road, New Major Match Day Road, Hotel and Ground Redevelopment and associated Section 106 Planning Agreements
- Environmental Impact Assessment management and preparation for Rose Bowl Plc in respect of Hotel and Ground Redevelopment Project
- Successful submission of Planning Applications and Project management for Southampton Football Club in respect of Concerts and Stadium Advertisements
- Complex Section 106 Planning Agreements for Local Planning Authorities involving mixed use, residential and employment developments including Adanac Park, Test Valley Borough Council; Pompey Centre Phase IV and Highbury College Redevelopment, Portsmouth City Council; Hall & Woodhouse Brewery Blandford Forum, North Dorset District Council;
- Planning Applications for the remodelling of the British American Tobacco site in Southampton, including extensions and alterations to buildings, adapting existing buildings and the formation of an access road to enable British American Tobacco to adapt from a manufacturing role to research and development;
- Planning Applications for Orchard Homes and Developments Limited for residential development schemes within urban locations for in excess of 100 dwellings;
- Negotiations on behalf of Southampton City Council with prospective developers to facilitate development proposals for the former Meridian TV and Mayflower Plaza sites in Southampton.
