Project Finance

Our Project Finance Team has been involved in funding a large variety of long-term infrastructure and industrial projects which are often based upon complex financial structures and which utilise a mixture of debt and equity.

Examples of our work:

  • acting on behalf of Southampton Football Club in connection with its development of St Mary’s Stadium which involved an initial development facility which was re-financed utilising the proceeds of a securitisation;
  • acting on behalf of Hampshire Cricket Club in connection with its development and subsequent re-development of the Rose Bowl;
  • acting on behalf an owner, manager and developer of marinas in connection with its acquisition and development of marinas and associated retail units throughout the world; and
  • numerous joint ventures in connection with the acquisition and re-development of commercial property.
