Acquisitions and Disposals
The Team provides a complete service in dealing with:-
- Large portfolio sales and purchases;
- Assets and Share sales;
- Greenfield development sites from initial site acquisition and site assembly to final disposal;
- Individual businesses;
- High Street stores;
- Out of town developments and retail parks; and
- Petrol filling stations.
The Team regularly calls on our Employment, Commercial, Licensing and Gaming, Planning and Construction teams to cover all aspects.
Management
The Team also manages a number of portfolios for its retail clients which includes:-
- Dealing with all applications from tenants;
- Lease renewals including Landlord & Tenant Act issues ;
- Property management;
- Statutory compliance;
- Licensing; and
- Health and safety.
